Common questions

Where is my licence key?

Bought here: sign in to My account with the email you paid with. The key is also in the email we sent after checkout. Bought on BuiltByBit: it is in your BuiltByBit account, under your purchases.

Where do I put the key?

Start the server once with the jar in the plugins folder, open the plugin's config.yml, paste the key into license-key and restart.

Can I use one key on several servers?

A key covers the servers you own or operate. It is not for resale or for sharing with other owners.

What happens if the licence server is unreachable?

The plugin starts anyway. Only a key that is confirmed as invalid or refunded disables it.

Which server versions are supported?

Each plugin page lists the version it is built against. All of them need Java 21.

How do I get updates?

Updates are included. Download the latest jar from My account, or from BuiltByBit if you bought there.
